Process simulation

The simulation of technical processes in the laboratory enables the improvement of the process management as well as different operating parameters, e.g. the selection of a suitable adsorbent/absorbent/filter medium, temperatures and flow velocity.

In smaller set-ups under laboratory conditions it is possible to show the functionality of processes in an efficient and cost-saving way, but also the limits of processes.

Pilot plants simulating a technical process of exhaust air treatment in a suitable scale are important tools to plan industrial plants in an optimal way and the adaption to the particular requirements. We have a wide experience in the set-up and operation of pilot plants. The climatisation, aerosol dosage and the control system of the plants can be designed company-internal according to customer-specific requirements.
